Birthday book tag!

Birthday book tag!

So yesterday was my birthday!!🎈 I am both excited and terrified at the fact that I am now 21…! Either way, it’s a milestone birthday and so I decided to mark the special occasion by doing this cool birthday book tag, I found over on this blog.

Count your birthday along your bookshelf and then subtract your birth month. What book does it land on?

The Help by Kathryn Stockett which is a brilliant book that I’d 100% recommend you read!

If you could spend your birthday with any fictional character who would it be and why?

This is a hard one! I’m currently reading Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare and so I’d love to spend my birthday with a character from there. I’m in love with the Blackthorn family so I’d definitely pick one of those guys! Maybe Mark? His character really makes me smile and so I’d love to spend my birthday with him.

Find a book that takes place in the season you were born in.

We Were Liars by E. Lockhart. Every summer, the Sinclair family all get together and spend the summer on their private island. It’s one of my all time favourite books.

Find a book that is the colour of your birthstone.

Peridot is my birthstone and funnily enough I don’t own many green books! Matched by Ally Condie comes pretty close though so I’ll go with that.

Is there a series with the same number of books as your age? If so what is it?

Okay so I never thought there would be a 21 book series but a quick Google search has proved me wrong! Enid Blyton’s Famous Five series has 21 books. This is such a cool discovery.

Pick a book set in a time period, world or country you would like to have been born in.

Idris, the home country of Shadowhinters sounds like an absolutely beautiful place, so this would definitely be a top pick for me.

And that’s it for my birthday tag post! Thanks for dropping by- it would be great to hear if you could relate to any of the answers above, so please comment!

Best wishes xo
